Shipping

We currently ship to anywhere within the US, Canada, the UK, Sweden, and Hong Kong.
For US shipping destinations, we provide the option of standard shipping (3-4 days), 2nd day air, and overnight.
For international shipping destinations, we provide a variety of services via DHL or UPS.
We process orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Returns and Exchanges

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

If you are not completely content with your SENA Lifestyle Studio merchandise, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested by sending SENA Lifestyle Studio an email at angela@senalifestylestudio.com within 14 days of placing your order.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Making a return for a refund: All returns must be received by SENA Lifestyle Studio within 14 days of you receiving an RMA. If you are sending merchandise back to SENA Lifestyle Studio for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

EXCHANGES

Please note you can only exchange items for a different size and/or color based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you request an RMA, return the item, and purchase the new item separately. If you are sending merchandise back to SENA Lifestyle Studio for exchange, you need to request an RMA, and you are responsible for the shipping cost. The exchanged item will be shipped to you free of charge.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused and with all SENA Lifestyle Studio tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience simple. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
