Orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return, ONLY on Full Price Items, within 12 days of your order's arrival*. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 10 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

You can also return using a trackable service of your choice. You also have the option to use a trackable service of your choice.
If you decide to use our pre-paid UPS return label, a return shipping fee of $12 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.
